Rules about accommodation
The hotel check-out time is 12:00. Check-In Time so 14:00.
Mini-bar is not included in the lodging costs; it is paid separately at the reception.
The rules of additional accommodation:
-In the rooms the cost of the additional place is 1000 Rubles/day
-In the rooms of category «One room Business Double» for children up to 7 a folding bed is free of charge
The lodging cost in the hotel is paid as per the general check-out time, i.e. since 12.00 of the running day by the local time.
-In case of early arrival (from 00:00 till 08:00) the room preparation is paid in amount of 50% of lodging cost at the check-in date.
The accommodation with duration less than one day (24 hours) is paid as for one day.
-In case of accommodation before the general check-out time (from 08.00 till 12.00) with a stay duration for more than one day (24 hours) this period of lodging time is not paid.
-In case of delay of guest’s departure the accommodation is paid as follows:
The delay time up to 6 hours after the check-out time is hourly paid
The delay time exceeding 6 hours up to 12 hours is paid as for a half-day
The delay time exceeding 12 hours up to 24 hours after check-out time is paid as for a whole day.
